I was first introduced to the local church by a friend, who is now my wife, in 1976 upon moving from Dallas to Sacramento, Ca. I began to enjoy the meetings from the start. I was impressed that the brothers and sisters in Christ in the local church seemed genuine and real, and I enjoyed fellowshipping with them.

Everyone has a chance to share at the Lord’s Day meetings, not just one person. I enjoy the printed material by Witness Lee and Watchman Nee, especially the Holy Word for Morning Revival and the Recovery Version of the New Testament which has footnotes further explaining the verses.

I have appreciated and learned more from the Word since I came into the local church than I did in all the years before.
